THE LSI APPROACH:
LSI’s Business Language Courses are developed and implemented in three phases:
PHASE ONE: NEEDS ANALYSIS, FEASIBILITY ASSESSMENT, PROJECT PROPOSAL
LSI’s Corporate Services Manager meets with delegates of the prospective organisation to discuss the organisation’s training objectives, scheduling requirements, and the time-frame available for training. Within days, LSI’s Business Development Team assesses the feasibility of LSI producing a Bahasa Indonesia language programme which will deliver the desired results within the desired time-frame. If deemed feasible, the Team produces a general outline of a proposed corporate training programme and cost breakdown to be presented to the prospective organisation.
PHASE TWO: CORPORATE COURSE DEVELOPMENT
Once approval is received from the client organisation, LSI’s Business Development Team cooperates with delegates of the client organisation to produce a highly-specialised Bahasa Indonesia language training programme, designed to suit the style of the staff-members while meeting the particular needs and objectives of the organisation. At the same time, LSI’s Director of Studies ensures that language tutors receive the preparation necessary to effectively deliver the corporate lessons being developed for the private training programme.
PHASE THREE: CORPORATE LANGUAGE TRAINING
Corporate instruction begins with an initial “launching session” in which tutors elicit the support of participants, generating the maximum possible interest and enthusiasm for the Indonesian programme. Throughout the training, tutors keep LSI’s Business Development Team updated on the progress of the group learners, enabling the Team to make ongoing adjustments to the materials and pacing of the training, in order to ensure high levels of satisfaction among the learners. Tutors are also tasked with managing delegate expectations - keeping the client organisation abreast of training developments and collating feedback.
